One-Pan Dinners - Easy & Delicious

During this live, interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Sophia, you'll learn how to prepare two different one-pan dinners: one-pan creamy pasta and one-pan lemon chicken.

  • Recipes: Recipe links will be sent before the event.

  • Ingredients: The shopping list is below. Please have all ingredients in your kitchen by the start of class.

  • Technology: Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device. The link will be sent via email.

  • Class Participation: Chime in with questions through audio or chat. Use of video is optional.

  • Class Size: The class is unlimited! Invite your friends.

One-Pan Creamy Pasta

One-Pan Lemon Chicken


Shopping List:

  • One pound thin cut organic chicken cutlets

  • All purpose flour

  • Unsalted butter

  • One bag triple washed baby spinach

  • 2 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 whole fresh garlic bulb

  • 2 pints grape or cherry tomatoes 

  • 1 large fresh shallot 

  • 1 fresh lemon

  • 1 bunch fresh thyme

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 1/4 cup organic chicken broth 

  • 1 package (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, quartered if whole

  • 1 bag short pasta (bow tie, or penne)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Red pepper flakes
